Each year, SF Sketchfest offers a number of paid staff positions and non-paid internships from mid-December through the end of January. Positions include:
- Publicity and Marketing Coordinator
- Guest Services Coordinator
- Production Manager/Technical Director
- Stage Manager
- House Manager/Volunteer Coordinator
- Box Office/Concessions/Merchandise Manager
- Festival Internships

SF Sketchfest would not be possible without the support of our dedicated and enthusiastic volunteers. Volunteer positions include:
- Ushers
- Concessions/Merchandise Sales
- Poster/Flyer Distribution
- Drivers (must provide valid driver’s license and proof of insurance)
- Artist Hospitality
- Technical Support (Lights/Sound/Video)
- Stagehands
- Pre-Festival Preparation
